Training

RGL Safety & Resilience are based on the edge of the New Forest near Southampton, providing Health and Safety training for individuals, small groups, educational establishments, businesses and health and social care settings.

As a training provider we work closely with Qualsafe who are one of the largest Ofqual recognised Awarding Organisations in the UK, delivering ground-breaking qualifications included in the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Our extensive portfolio includes first aid, health and safety, fire safety, food safety, manual handling, and prehospital care qualifications.

We are committed to providing high-quality workplace training and are proud to deliver exceptional accredited training that meets HSE, CQC, Ofsted and EYFS ( early years foundation stage statutory framework) requirements.

Our friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable instructors are current NHS healthcare professionals or frontline emergency service staff.  Paramedics and nursing staff deliver first aid and medical courses, whilst firefighters and health and safety officers deliver our health and safety courses. They are enthusiastic about passing on their knowledge and skills to learners. Whether you are a first-time learner or refreshing (again!), your training will be informative, engaging, relevant and fun!

Course programmes are designed to offer a professional, flexible, and tailored solution to meet your health and safety training and consultancy needs. We offer evening, weekend, and bank holiday training to suit your shift patterns and workplace requirements at our venues or at your workplace, bringing the classroom to you and allowing training to be tailored to your site needs if appropriate.  We also offer “open” courses, held in venues such as community centres and halls, which are ideal for individuals or small groups.
