RGL Safety & Resilience

RGL Safety & Resilience, a pragmatic advisory team with a can do attitude towards positivity in Health & Safety advisory, Emergency planning and Business continuity. A client specific and confident approach to education, training and emergency exercises.

Some weeks really capture the variety of what I do.This week included a 7am frontline ambulance shift across the New Forest and Southampton, working alongside a brilliant paramedic and emergency care assistant. Busy, rewarding and a reminder of why patient care always comes first. It was also humbling to see the resilience of staff and volunteers at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust following the recent fire. The dedication across the NHS never fails to impress. The week also included starting my Qualsafe Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance course — continuing to develop and improve the quality of training delivered through RGL Safety & Resilience. Our friends at Solent Electrical Installations popped into the office and upgraded and future proofed our office. Thanks to the brilliant Ollie and Dean for their hard work.Frontline shifts, learning, office upgrades (and even a spring clean!) — a full but fulfilling week. Now, half term begins.#FrontlineLife #AmbulanceService #ContinuousImprovement#ProfessionalDevelopment #WorkLifeBalance #RGLSafety#CPRSavesLives ...
