☀️ HOT WEATHER FIRST AID | HEAT EXHAUSTION ☀️With temperatures rising across England, it’s important to know the signs of heat exhaustion and what to do if someone becomes unwell in the heat.Heat exhaustion happens when the body overheats (above 38°C), often due to hot weather, physical activity, or both.
