Welcome to RGL Safety and Resilience! I’m Robert, the founder of the company, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. With years of experience in caring for people after accidents and disasters, I decided to shift my focus to prevention and preparedness. At RGL Safety and Resilience, we aim to help individuals and organisations to be confidently prepared for any emergency.

My passion for safety dates back to my college years, but I chose to follow my calling for patient care in an emergency department and later as a frontline paramedic on pre-hospital emergency ambulances. Simultaneously, I embarked on a remarkable 30-year journey with St John Ambulance, beginning as a young cadet first aider and eventually taking on roles such as developing event medical plans and serving as an Emergency Planning Officer with regional responsibilities. Throughout this time, I honed my skills as a trainer and assessor, assisting with a wide range of courses.

In 2010, I pursued my diploma in Emergency Planning and Business Continuity at university, broadening my knowledge to provide proactive assistance prior to incidents. To further enhance and extend my expertise in this area, I also attained NEBOSH certificates in Health and Safety.

At RGL Safety and Resilience, we believe in adopting a positive approach to education and training. We promote active engagement with our learners, ensuring each participant gains maximum value from our courses and exercises.

Our approach to health, safety, well-being, resilience, and business continuity is pragmatic and solution oriented. We work with you so that our services meet the unique needs and expectations of each client, because your safety and success are our top priorities.

Thank you for visiting RGL Safety and Resilience. We look forward to working with you on your journey towards a secure and resilient future.
