So, what can we do to ensure your compliance at your event:
- Working with you and attend pre-event meetings to include Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings with local authorities and emergency services.
- Preparation of risk assessments, plans and emergency procedures
- Pre-event emergency tabletop exercises
- Providing the key-contact and liaison with emergency services and on-site safety services for example medical, fire and rescue teams. We are able recommend and manage selected quality medical service delivery providers with paramedics, fully crewed ambulances and medical facilities, all as part of a seamless service. We can provide fire wardens who can patrol your site and ensure fire safety precautions are adhered to. We work with selected fire service delivery partners and can arrange fully crewed appliances or similar to meet your needs.
- Liaison with venues and contractors- before, during and after the event; to include revision of risk assessments
- On-site, event day, support and safety compliance with an on-site advisor. With the additional options of pre or post event site safety.
- De-briefing, both hot de-brief on the day and also cold de-brief after the event when full feed back can be reviewed.
